Job Title: Dishwasher / Kitchen Prep

Job Type: Part-Time (Weekdays & Weekends) & Full-Time (Weekdays & Weekends)

Position Overview:
We are looking for a reliable & hardworking dishwasher to support our kitchen team. This role is critical to maintaining cleanliness, organization, & flow during service. There is also an opportunity for extra hours doing kitchen food prep. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work & understands that a clean kitchen is the backbone of a successful restaurant.

Responsibilities:
• Wash dishes, glassware, utensils, & kitchen equipment efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness of dish pit, kitchen floors, & work areas
• Assist with basic kitchen cleaning tasks (garbage, recycling, mopping)
• Ensure proper sanitation standards are followed at all times
a. Dishwasher chemical testing & level monitoring/refilling
• Support kitchen team with food prep as needed during busy periods

Requirements:
• FOODSAFE Level 1 is required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong work ethic & attention to detail - this is essential
• Detail orientated when focused on cleanliness & food safety
• Ability to stand for extended periods & lift up to 50 lbs
• Dependable & punctual
• Previous kitchen experience is an asset, but not required

Schedule:
• Evening shifts primarily (including evening & weekends)
• Flexible hours based on availability

Compensation:
• Hourly wage: $19.00 - $22.00
• Kitchen Tip Out
• Summer season bonus program (May – September)
• Full day shift: 100% discount on staff meals
• 50% discount on staff meals when off
