Job Overview

  • Base hourly rate of $18 per hour.
  • Tip pool is consistently $5-7 hourly, on top of your base pay.
  • Our simple menu is made possible by a systematic line of 3 main roles: Fryer, Burger Assembly, and Grill.
    • Fryer station or Burger Assembly are the starting roles.
    • Eventually you can cross-train to work Grill (and cook burgers for a higher pay rate).

Responsibilities

  • Food preparation, cooking equipment operation, ingredient handling.
  • Recipe adherence, team/line coordination, quality control.
  • Cleaning and sanitizing, maintaining an organized work station.
  • Equipment care and procedures, following safety regulations.
  • Adapt to volume and execute our systems in order to be efficient.

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Previous experience as a cook, food preparation, or food handling.
  • Able to lift up to 35 lbs at times during your shift.
