Responsibilities

  • Execute grill station duties with precision and speed during high-volume service periods.
  • Prepare and cook a variety of proteins, including but not limited to steaks, chicken, seafood, and burgers, to guests' desired specifications.
  • Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely preparation and delivery of grilled items to the plating station.
