We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to join our team remotely. The ideal candidate is proactive, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
  • Handle email inboxes, draft responses, and organize communications
  • Perform data entry, file management, and document organization
  • Conduct basic online research as needed
  • Assist with social media scheduling and light content support
  • Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and simple presentations
  • Provide general administrative support to leadership and team members
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally

Required Qualifications:

  • Must be legally authorized and currently residing in the USA or Canada
  • Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant or in an administrative role
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Proficiency with remote work tools (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Slack, Zoom, etc.)
  • Tech-savvy and able to learn new systems quickly
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet remote work environment

Preferred Skills:

  • Social media management experience
  • Basic knowledge of CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
  • Familiarity with project management tools (Trello, Asana, ClickUp)
