Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Restaurant Manager to lead our team in providing exceptional customer service and running a successful restaurant. The ideal candidate must possess excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, as well as a passion for customer service and the culinary arts.
Responsibilities:
- Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate staff
- Develop and implement policies, procedures, and standards
- Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed
- Ensure adherence to budget and financial goals
- Oversee all daily operations, including opening and closing procedures
- Respond to customer complaints in a professional manner
- Manage service, pricing, and customer relations
- Plan menus and select recipes
- Supervise food preparation and presentation
- Ensure high standards of quality control, hygiene, health, and safety
- Develop strategies to increase customer base and improve customer retention
Qualifications:
- Proven work experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
- Excellent communication and people management skills
- Previous experience in food service and customer service
- Up-to-date knowledge of the industry’s best practices
- Solid understanding of financial targets and budgeting
- Working knowledge of MS Office Suite and restaurant management software
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
