We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Restaurant Manager to lead our team in providing exceptional customer service and running a successful restaurant. The ideal candidate must possess excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, as well as a passion for customer service and the culinary arts.


  • Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate staff
  • Develop and implement policies, procedures, and standards
  • Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed
  • Ensure adherence to budget and financial goals
  • Oversee all daily operations, including opening and closing procedures
  • Respond to customer complaints in a professional manner
  • Manage service, pricing, and customer relations
  • Plan menus and select recipes
  • Supervise food preparation and presentation
  • Ensure high standards of quality control, hygiene, health, and safety
  • Develop strategies to increase customer base and improve customer retention


  • Proven work experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
  • Excellent communication and people management skills
  • Previous experience in food service and customer service
  • Up-to-date knowledge of the industry’s best practices
  • Solid understanding of financial targets and budgeting
  • Working knowledge of MS Office Suite and restaurant management software
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
