  • Checking in with Chef and having good communication
  • Ability to set up your station and keep it cleaned, stocked, rotated, and organized at all times.
  • Able to handle fast paced, high volume, stressfull situations

  • Strong cooking skills such as grill and meat temps, saute, sauce making, creating specials, mise en place
  • Able to create specials and have a basic knowledge of flavor profiles
