Job Overview

We are seeking friendly and customer-oriented Servers to join our growing team. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing excellent service to our guests and ensuring their dining experience is enjoyable and memorable. Responsibilities 

• Greet and seat guests in a timely and friendly manner
• Take food and drink orders accurately
• Deliver food and beverages to tables promptly
• Assist guests with menu recommendations and answer any questions they may have
• Upsell menu items and promote daily specials
• Ensure guest satisfaction by checking on them throughout their meal
• Process payments using POS system (Aloha POS)
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
• Maintain cleanliness of dining area and workstations

Skills 

To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:

• Strong knowledge of food safety guidelines and procedures
• Excellent sales skills with the ability to upsell menu items
• Basic math skills for handling payments and making change
• Familiarity with POS systems, specifically Aloha POS, is preferred
• Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with kitchen staff
• Previous experience in the culinary or food service industry is a plus
