Dishwasher / Prep Cook

Concourse Bowling Center is looking for a reliable and hardworking Dishwasher / Prep Cook to join our kitchen team.

Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, cookware, utensils, and kitchen equipment
• Keep dish and kitchen areas clean and organized
• Assist with basic food prep, portioning, and stocking
• Maintain clean floors, trash areas, and workstations
• Follow food safety and sanitation procedures
• Help kitchen staff as needed during busy periods

Qualifications

• Dependable, punctual, and able to work well with a team
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced kitchen
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Previous kitchen experience is helpful but not required
• Must be available for some nights, weekends, and holidays
• Must have valid food handlers card
