  • Prepare and cook menu items quickly while maintaining quality and consistency.
  • Operate grill, fryer, and other kitchen equipment safely.
  • Prepare ingredients and complete daily food prep.
  • Ensure all orders are accurate before they leave the kitchen.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area.
  • Follow all food safety and health department regulations.
  • Restock food and supplies throughout the shift.
  • Assist with opening and closing kitchen duties.
  • Minimize food waste and properly rotate inventory (FIFO).
  • Work efficiently during busy lunch and dinner rushes.
  • Communicate effectively with the cashier and management.

Skills 

  • Previous grill and fryer experience required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen.
  • Strong multitasking and time management skills.
  • Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently.
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Must have open availability, including evenings and weekends.
  • Must be able to follow recipes and portion standards.
  • Reliable transportation is required.
