Greenside Restaurant in Tilton, NH, is looking for a talented and dependable Line Cook to join our culinary team! Our busy, locally loved spot is known for fresh ingredients, great vibes, and a tight-knit team.
What You’ll Do:

  • Execute menu items with precision, speed, and consistency across assigned stations
  • Maintain full station ownership including prep, cleanliness, and organization throughout service
  • Follow recipes, portion sizes, and plating standards to deliver a consistent guest experience
  • Work efficiently during busy service times while maintaining quality
  • Collaborate with a great kitchen team and contribute to a positive work environment

What We’re Looking For:

  • 3+ years of line cook experience in a fast-paced kitchen
  • Solid knowledge of kitchen equipment, food safety, and prep techniques
  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work under pressure
  • Strong work ethic and a passion for good food
  • Reliable, punctual, and a team player
