Job Overview

Responsibilities 

  • Restocking: Replenishing liquor, beer, wine, and other bar supplies.
  • Glassware: Cleaning and polishing glasses, bringing them back from the dishwasher.
  • Ice and Garnishes: Replenishing ice and preparing garnishes.
  • Bar Area Maintenance: Cleaning and organizing the bar area, including surfaces, tools, and equipment.
  • Assisting Bartenders: Helping with drink preparation, taking customer orders, and delivering drinks during peak hours.
  • Inventory: Managing inventory and alerting the manager to low stock levels.
  • Cleaning: Washing dishes, taking out trash, sweeping, and mopping floors.
  • Customer Service: Answering customer questions and routing complaints.
  • Pre-Opening and Closing Duties: Helping prepare the bar before opening and breaking it down after closing.
