Job Overview

Responsibilities:

  • Food Preparation and Safety
  • Order processing and out the door order coordination, makes sure the food stays fresh and hot at all times.
  • Doing accurate daily reports: food inventory, temperature logs, etc.
  • Ensure that company standards are upheld, the food looks good and is cooked properly, the portions are correct, and out the window fast.
  • Keep the kitchen clean on a regular schedule and meeting all sanitary standards.
  • Keep food costs low by making sure there is the minimum waste.

Qualifications, Skills, and/or Competencies:

  • Ability to be mobile and/or on your feet for extended periods of time during entire shift
  • Reaching, bending, stooping, lifting, wiping, sweeping, and mopping
  • Ability to lift and carry weight up to 50 pounds
  • Strong desire and ability to provide legendary customer service
  • Ability to positively interact with Team Members and Management
  • Bilingual preferred but not required.
  • Friendly, punctual, clean, and take pride in everything you do.
  • Awesome communication skills are key - You should be comfortable talking to strangers.
  • You’ve got the right kind of attitude and understand the need to be on time, all the time.
  • Be willing to be a teamplayer.
  • Must be detail oriented with the capability to oversee restaurant operations and multiple areas simultaneously in a fast paced environment.
  • Must be able to perform under pressure, this includes moving and responding quickly
  • Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 10 hours).
  • Be able to work day, nights and weekends.
  • Have the stamina to work 40+ hours per week.
  • Able to obtain Food Handlers License within 10 days or hiring.
