About the Role

Old Glory Distilling Co. is looking for motivated, hardworking Prep Cooks to join our restaurant team!

We're more than just a restaurant. Old Glory is a locally owned distillery, restaurant, and gathering place where great food, craft spirits, and genuine hospitality come together.

We're looking for people who take pride in preparing great food, enjoy working in a busy kitchen, and want to be part of a team that values quality, consistency, and teamwork.

What You'll Do

  • Prepare and cook menu items according to our recipes and quality standards
  • Assist with food preparation, cooking, and plating
  • Maintain consistency in food quality, presentation, and portion sizes
  • Keep kitchen stations clean, organized, and stocked
  • Work closely with fellow cooks and kitchen leadership to keep service running smoothly
  • Follow food safety and sanitation standards

What We're Looking For

  • The ability to stay organized and focused in a busy kitchen
  • Reliability, teamwork, and attention to detail
  • Previous kitchen experience preferred, but we're willing to train the right person!
