What You'll Do
Front of House (Counter/Custard Attendant, Expeditor)

  • Provide excellent guest service and hospitality
    • Greet guests with kindness, be a menu expert, enter orders quickly and correctly
    • Expedite orders from the kitchen to guests accurately
    • Maintain cleanliness of work area and stock supplies as needed
    • Fulfill orders for frozen custard, including shakes, malts, floats and sundaes
    • Utilize checklists to properly clean and close the restaurant

Kitchen (Prep/Line Cook)

  • Maintain Dairyland's high-quality standards pertaining to preparing food, customer service, safety, and health standards
    • Stock ingredients and kitchen supplies as needed
    • Assist with food preparation tasks such as cutting/grinding/portioning meat, making sauces following standardized recipes, chopping vegetables
    • Maintain cleanliness of work area, including cutting boards, knives, counters, dish area, etc.
    • Utilize checklists to properly clean and close the restaurant
