Skills

  • Kitchen experience with line experience preferred
  • Knife handling skills
  • Ability to read and follow directions as well as listening to verbal directions
  • Ability to focus and maintain standards during rushes
  • Ability to communicate clearly with co workers and management
  • Ability to work in a hot kitchen during summer with little to no breaks
