Responsibilities

  • Guest Service:
  • Providing gracious hospitality to guests
  • Crafting delicious beverages and serving high-quality food
  • Maintaining comprehensive knowledge of all menu item.
  • Performing opening and closing duties
  • Prepping, restocking, cleaning, and sanitizing to maintain a pleasant, safe environment for team members and guests.
  • Handling multiple beverage and food orders simultaneously so orders are served together and meet targeted ticket times
  • Utilizing recipes and portion control
  • Balancing high volume with high quality
  • Working in a team-oriented, collaborative manner
  • Ability to obtain a Vermont Department of Liquor and Lottery (VDLL) 2nd Class License Certification.

  • Availability for early morning hours (7AM-4PM) with reliable transportation.

  • Motivated to learn quickly and grow in a professional, team-oriented environment.
  • 18 years old or older (a requirement for sellers of alcoholic beverages in the State of Vermont)
