Job Overview

We are seeking a part-time cashier at our Lincoln Park shop.

Approximate daily hours: 6AM - 3PM or similar, based on business needs

Days per week: 2 (Saturday/Sunday), potential for additional hours on Fridays

Duties include:

  • Taking / filling orders
  • Interacting with customers
  • Prepping boxes and packaging
  • Cleaning and consolidating

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years working in a front-of-house position at a fast-paced cafe or quick-service restaurant
  • Experience using Toast POS or similar system
  • Food Handler Certification from ServSafe or any legitimate accredited program
  • Experience assisting a line of customers for several hours at a time
  • Ability to be personable and showcase good social skills when communicating with customers
  • Weekend availability (this is crucial)
