Do you have a passion for coffee and a knack for creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere?
Victor's Celtic Coffee Company, a Redmond staple known for its cozy atmosphere and delicious Celtic-inspired coffee drinks, is looking for a passionate Barista to join our team!
About Victor's Celtic Coffee:
We are more than just a coffee shop; we're a community hub where people come together to connect over a cup of joe. We offer a variety of specialty coffee drinks, teas, baked goods, and light fare, all made with high-quality ingredients and a touch of Celtic charm.
What you'll do:

• Craft delicious espresso drinks and coffee beverages based on our menu
• Operate the cash register and process customer transactions efficiently
• Maintain a clean and welcoming cafe environment, including restocking supplies and cleaning equipment
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring every guest has a positive experience
• Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment

What we're looking for:

• A passion for coffee and a strong understanding of coffee brewing methods (a plus!)
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and welcoming personality
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• A clean work ethic and a commitment to maintaining a high standard of cleanliness
• At least 6 months of barista experience (preferred, but we're willing to train the right candidate!)
