**Role Summary:**The Dishwasher is an essential part of the Back of House team at Fancy's. This is an entry level position with real opportunity to learn, grow, and become a valued part of our kitchen operation. The ideal candidate is dependable, hardworking, and ready to show up consistently for their team.
Responsibilities:

• Keep all service ware, cookware, and kitchen equipment clean and guest-ready throughout each shift.
• Maintain cleanliness of floors, surfaces, and dish station at all times.
• Assist cooks with food prep tasks as directed.
• Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Support the kitchen team with additional maintenance tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

• Must be able to communicate and follow instructions in English.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Must be able to stand for the duration of a shift, up to 8 hours, with frequent bending, squatting, and lifting up to 30 lbs.
