Job Description:
As a Porter, you will play a vital role in maintaining our restaurant's flow and ambience by ensuring tables are clean and properly set for our guests. You will support the wait staff by expediting the clearing and setup of tables, assisting with service as needed to enhance the overall dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clear and reset tables promptly after guests depart.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including sweeping and mopping floors.
• Assist with cleaning dishes and maintaining cleanliness in the dishwashing area.
• Communicate effectively with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.
• Uphold health and safety standards, ensuring all areas are sanitized and compliant.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is a plus but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stay organized under pressure.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and hygiene.
• Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
