Responsibilities 

  • A large portion of your responsability is to ensure guests have a positive dining experience by keeping expetactions and managing their service from start to finish. Key duties include taking accurate food/drink orders, delivering items promptly, making menu recommendations, checking on satisfaction, handling payments, and maintaining a clean, sanitary station. You must communicate efficiently with kitchen staff to manage, serve, and address any order issues.
  • Help set up the dining area: wipe and set tables, fold napkins, refill condiment bottles, stock ice, silverware, glasses, etc.
  • Make sure the section looks clean, organized, and ready.
  • Learn or review the daily specials, menu changes, or any shortages from the kitchen.
  • Stock stations with extra supplies like straws, coasters, or to-go containers
