You’ll welcome guests warmly, manage reservations, and coordinate the flow of the dining room to ensure a smooth and memorable experience from the moment they arrive. Your energy, organization, and attention to detail set the tone for an exceptional visit.

Responsibilities 

  • Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Manage reservations, waitlists, and seating arrangements efficiently.
  • Coordinate with servers, runners, and the kitchen to maintain smooth service flow.
  • Communicate wait times and seating updates to guests clearly and courteously.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and lobby area.
  • Assist with guest inquiries, special requests, and accommodations.
  • Support the front of house team during peak hours as needed.

Skills 

  • Previous hosting or customer service experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Calm, friendly, and professional demeanor under pressure.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Job Settings

  • Primarily PM shifts, with possible AM availability.
  • Must be available for weekends, holidays, and special events.
