Position Summary

We’re hiring Servers and Bartenders who know how to work a busy floor, communicate cleanly, and maintain high standards. You’ll bring strong menu and cocktail knowledge, stay sharp under pressure, and contribute to a team culture built on professionalism and hospitality.

What You’ll Do

• Greet guests with confidence and warmth
• Guide guests through food, beverage, and feature offerings
• Maintain full menu, cocktail, wine, and ingredient knowledge
• Enter orders accurately and deliver items with proper timing
• Manage your section or bar with awareness, pacing, and communication
• Maintain table and bar standards (pre‑bus, resets, cleanliness, organization)
• Work closely with hosts, support staff, and leadership to keep service flowing
• Uphold appearance, conduct, and hospitality standards at all times

What We’re Looking For

• Prior serving or bartending experience in a fast‑paced or elevated environment
• Strong communication skills and guest‑service instincts
• Ability to stay organized and composed during high volume
• Team‑first mentality — no ego, no drama
• Reliable, punctual, and consistent performance
• Evening and weekend availability
