As a Bison Guide, you are the person who leads our guests through that experience from the moment they sit down until the moment they leave. You are part server, part storyteller, part hospitality expert, and most importantly, a guide who makes every guest feel welcome, cared for, and excited to be here.

• Create memorable interactions through personality, conversation, and genuine hospitality.
• Maintain a sense of urgency without making the guest feel rushed.
• Take accurate orders and communicate clearly with the kitchen and bar.
• Deliver food and beverages with attention to presentation and quality.
• Check back with purpose—not just because it's part of a checklist.
• Own the guest experience from beginning to end.
• Handle guest concerns professionally and work with management to find solutions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment.
• Support your fellow Bison Guides and the entire team because great experiences are created together.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant.
