Responsibilities

  • Provide friendly, welcoming service to every guest.
  • Operate the cash register and accurately process customer orders and payments.
  • Answer customer questions and make menu recommendations.
  • Prepare bagel sandwiches according to recipes and quality standards.
  • Toast bagels and prepare ingredients for sandwich production.
  • Prepare espresso drinks, coffee beverages, smoothies, teas, and other menu items.
  • Maintain beverage stations, condiment areas, and dining room cleanliness.
  • Restock ingredients, cups, lids, supplies, and merchandise throughout the shift.
  • Assist with opening and closing duties.
  • Keep workstations clean, organized, and stocked.
  • Follow food safety, sanitation, and company procedures.
  • Assist with catering orders and large customer orders as needed.
  • Work efficiently during busy rush periods while maintaining quality and accuracy.
  • Support teammates and contribute to a positive team environment.

  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

  • Basic cash handling and math skills.

  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.
  • Food service, coffee shop, retail, or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
