The Rainbow Grille & Tavern is an award winning restaurant that strives to serve a great meal to each and every guest in a rustic and casual atmosphere. We are located in the Connecticut Lakes Region in NH's northernmost town. The area is a tourist destination famous for its fly fishing, moose and loon watching, natural beauty, hiking, mountain biking, kayaking, hunting and snowmobiling.

Responsibilities

  • Preparing sauces, starches, vegetables, pastas, children's meals and hot appetizers
  • Plate presentation
  • Works on the line with Head Chef
  • May have the ability to replace the Head Chef when needed. for additional compensation
  • May have the ability to rotate as a Line Cook, Chef and Tavern Cook
