Alley Cats Coffee is now hiring full & part time staff for its new location coming soon to 750 W Beaverbrook Ave in Spooner Wi. We are looking to add Baristas to prepare hot and cold beverages made to order.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare hot and cold drinks in accordance with customer requests
  • Ensure exceptional espresso shot extraction
  • Steam milk
  • Maintain a clean and tidy work area
  • Follow health and safety guidelines
  • Regularly Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • To recognize espresso shot quality and make adjustments as needed
  • Keep station stocked and orderly

Skills

  • Proven working experience as a barista
  • High integrity with a great attendance record
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to listen and communicate effectively
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high volume work environment
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time
