MEZZÉ#1 is a modern Middle Eastern restaurant known for fresh, high-quality ingredients and warm hospitality. We are looking for a dedicated Dining Area Manager to lead our front-of-house team and ensure an exceptional guest experience.
Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily dining operations and ensure smooth service.
  • Supervise and train servers and bartenders
  • Maintain high service standards and enforce company policies.
  • Address customer concerns and enhance guest satisfaction.
  • Manage staff scheduling, shift assignments, and team performance.
  • Coordinate with the kitchen and bar to ensure efficient service.
  • Monitor inventory of menus, tableware, and dining essentials.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.
  • Handle POS systems, daily sales reporting, and cash management.
  • Lead by example and foster a positive team culture.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of FOH management experience in a full-service restaurant with a bar. (Please note: Experience in fast food or fast casual dining does not meet this requirement)
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask and perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
  • Experience with POS systems and basic financial reporting.
  • Availability to work weekends, and holidays as needed, full flexibility.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $53,000.00 - $57,566.00 per year
