About Us
We’re a busy seasonal restaurant on the Chicago Riverwalk with great food, stunning views, and a fast-paced atmosphere. We’re looking for an experienced Food Expediter / Food Expo to keep service running smoothly between the kitchen and front-of-house.
Responsibilities

• Coordinate orders between kitchen and servers.
• Check dishes for accuracy, presentation, and quality.
• Monitor ticket times and keep food moving.
• Communicate clearly with cooks, runners, and servers.
• Keep the expo station clean, organized, and stocked.

Requirements

• Experience in a similar role at a high-volume restaurant.
• Strong communication and organization skills.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Evening, weekend, and holiday availability.
