I Heart Mac and Cheese is rapidly expanding its operations and is seeking Crew Members for its Coral Springs Location I Heart Mac and Cheese is a fast-casual restaurant specializing in customizable. Made-to-order macaroni and cheese, grilled cheese sandwiches and salads. This is an excellent opportunity to get in on the ground floor with a rapidly growing company. Team Member Description:

  • Team Members are responsible for amazing customer service and greeting each guest. Explaining the menu, taking/preparing accurate orders, and prepping food. Following all recipe builds. Maintaining restaurant cleanliness.

Qualifications Hospitality attitude. Ability to give a great guest experience and keep them coming back. Prior experience in the restaurant industry preferred. Demonstrated advanced level of ability to communicate, influence, and negotiate decisions while motivating assigned staff. Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment. Knowledge: (Level of knowledge required to perform the job effectively.) Experience with point of sale systems, restaurant operating systems and procedures a plus.
Physical: (Minimum physical requirement to perform the job effectively.) Must be able to manually lift and move up to 50 lbs. on occasion. Must have the ability to stand and sit for extended periods of time. Ability to reach, bend, stoop, lift, shake, stir, pour, carry, and push. Ability to read (orders on tickets, menu board, receipts, etc.). Frequent contact/immersion of hands in water, cleaning and sanitation solutions, meat products, poultry products, seafood, and produce items. Frequent washing of hands. Ability to use computers, telephones, and office equipment.
Other: Must be able to report to work timely and as required by operational/business needs. Working conditions exist to satisfactorily fulfill job responsibilities.
