Responsibilities

  • Wash dishes: Remove food from dishes, wash them, pput away in a proper place for each station
  • Clean kitchen: includ each station & bathrooms
  • Maintain dishwashing area:
  • Sanitize: Follow food safety guidelines to prevent cross-contamination and illness
  • Report Issues: Report sanitation issues promptly
  • Stock supplies: Restock supplies in the kitchen and restaurant
  • Assist with Bar Prep: prepping garnishes, such as limes, etc.
  • Unload deliveries: Unload deliveries and help set up the dining room
