Job Overview

We are seeking a welcoming, organized, and energetic Host/Hostess to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will set the tone for their entire dining experience.
Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables
• Manage reservations and waitlists using our system
• Maintain an organized and efficient flow of seating
• Answer phones and assist with guest inquiries
• Support the front-of-house team to ensure excellent service

Qualifications:

• Friendly, professional, and approachable demeanor
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Previous hosting or customer service experience a plus (but not required)
