Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, welcome questions, and educate about products; suggest gift cards, add‑ons, and merchandise.

  • Order & Payment: Solicit orders, enter sales, process payments, and manage the cash drawer following established procedures.

  • Drink Preparation: Serve all orders according to Scooter’s recipes and aesthetic guidelines; prepare espresso drinks, smoothies, and specialty beverages.

  • Speed & Accuracy: Deliver drinks within service time guidelines and identify drinks correctly.

  • Store Operations: Operate and maintain cleanliness of equipment; restock workstations, food, and supplies; maintain cleanliness of customer and coworker areas.

  • Brand Representation: Model Scooter’s values and hospitality in all interactions.
