Position Overview

As a server, you are the face of the guest experience. Your role is to provide attentive, informed, and efficient service while maintaining a sense of urgency in a high-volume environment. In our restaurant and beer hall, you must be able to juggle multiple tables, communicate effectively with the kitchen and bar, and contribute to a culture of teamwork, hustle, and shared responsibility.

Core Responsibilities

1. Guest Service & Table Management

  • Greet guests within 60 seconds of being seated with energy and warmth.
  • Present menus, make drink and food recommendations, and answer menu questions.
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders and input them promptly into the POS.
  • Perform quality checkbacks within 2 minutes of food delivery.
  • Maintain awareness of guests’ needs and proactively offer refills or assistance.
  • Thank guests sincerely and invite them back.

2. Running Food & Drinks – TEAM FIRST

  • All food must be run immediately when ready—regardless of whose table it is.
  • Check food ticket for accuracy and deliver food to the correct guests.
  • Announce dish names and confirm dietary modifications when appropriate.
  • Deliver drinks when ready, especially during high-volume service; assist bartenders as needed.
  • Communicate with the kitchen if food sits longer than 1 minute without being picked up.
