Job Overview

Looking for Caddies to be a vital part of our team. Responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining cleanliness and organization in the venue. This position includes Lobby Attendants, Food and Beverage Runners, Course Attendants, and Bussers

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a friendly and welcoming demeanor
• Take and accurately enter customer orders into the POS (Point of Sale) system
• Answer questions about menu items, our flow, and process, and assist as needed to ensure a positive experience
• Assemble food and drink orders accurately, ensuring all items are included and presented accordingly. Then, deliver to guests.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the venue
• Monitor levels of supplies and restock when needed
• Process payments
• Collaborate with other Caddies to ensure smooth operations
• Communicate effectively
• Assist with tasks as assigned to meet guests needs and maintain a positive work environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in the restaurant industry preferred but not
  required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple
  tasks simultaneously.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and
  holidays.
• Willingness to learn and follow company policies and procedures.
• Must obtain food handlers license within first week of employment
