You’ll greet guests with genuine enthusiasm, manage reservations and seating flow, and ensure every visit starts and ends with a smile.

Responsibilities 

  • Greet and welcome every guest warmly upon arrival.
  • Manage the waitlist, reservations, and seating chart to optimize flow and service.
  • Communicate effectively with servers, managers, and kitchen staff to maintain smooth operations.
  • Assist with bussing and resetting tables as needed during busy shifts.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting front entrance and host stand.
  • Anticipate guest needs and resolve concerns with professionalism and care.
  • Support the team during peak hours with a positive and proactive attitude.
  • Uphold company standards of hospitality, safety, and professionalism.
  • Must have weekend and holiday availability.
