As the first and last point of contact for our guests, the Host sets the tone for the entire dining experience. At Quiero Brunch, our hosts embody warmth, professionalism, and hospitality from the moment guests walk in. You’ll greet guests with genuine enthusiasm, manage reservations and seating flow, and ensure every visit starts and ends with a smile.

Responsibilities 

• Greet and welcome every guest warmly upon arrival.
• Manage the waitlist, reservations, and seating chart to optimize flow and service.
• Communicate effectively with servers, managers, and kitchen staff to maintain smooth operations.
• Assist with bussing and resetting tables as needed during busy shifts.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting front entrance and host stand.
• Anticipate guest needs and resolve concerns with professionalism and care.
• Support the team during peak hours with a positive and proactive attitude.
• Uphold company standards of hospitality, safety, and professionalism.
• Must have weekend and holiday availability.

• Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred, but not required.
