Hot House Tavern is a high-volume restaurant located in the original fire station and Village Hall in downtown Menomonee Falls. Hot House is seeking full-time and part time servers and bartenders to finish out the summer season and beyond! We are looking for the right candidates who thrives working in a fast-paced environment and understands the priorities of our customers, employees, and community.
Job Duties Include, but are not limited to:

  • Learning food and drink menus
  • Serving Tables
  • Making Non-Alcoholic Drinks
  • Communicating with Co-Workers and Customers to Ensure a Positive Guest Experience
  • Cleaning
  • Completing Daily and Monthly Sidework Duties
  • Opening and Closing Dining Room/Bar

Experience a plus but not required!
Will train the right people!
Requirements:

  • Must be able to work Sundays
  • Must be able to work both daytime and nighttime shifts weekdays, weekends and holidays
  • Must have above average organizational skills
  • Must be self-motivated
  • Must be able to work in fast-paced, high volume environment
  • Must be able to follow procedures and policies
  • Must be able to stand for 6 - 10 hours
  • Servers must be 18 years or older in order to serve alcohol
