Key Responsibilities

  • Guest Relations: Welcome guests warmly upon arrival and thank them as they leave.
  • Seating Management: Monitor the dining room flow, manage the waitlist, and seat guests efficiently.
  • Phone Operations: Answer incoming calls, take reservations, and answer general inquiries.
  • Takeout Management: Accept, double-check, pack, and organize takeout and delivery orders.
  • Financial Transactions: Handle cash, process credit cards, and accurately cash out customers.
  • Station Cleanliness: Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized front-of-house host station.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Availability: Must have open availability to work weekends and holidays.
  • Transportation: Must possess reliable transportation to ensure punctual arrival for all shifts.
  • Communication: Clear verbal communication skills for phone and face-to-face interactions.
  • Basic Math: Strong basic math skills for handling cash and calculating change accurately.
  • Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and remain active for long periods.
