Responsibilities 

  • Table Clearing: Removing dirty dishes, cups, and utensils promptly after guests leave.
  • Cleanliness & Sanitation: Wipe down and sanitize tables, chairs, and high-touch surfaces. Sweep floors, take out trash, and maintain a clean dining area. 
  • Team Collaboration: Communicate efficiently with kitchen and front-of-house teams. Help maintain workflow during busy periods.

  • Speed & Efficiency: Ability to work quickly, in a fast-paced environment, without compromising cleanliness.
  • Physical Stamina: Able to lift trays, stand/walk for long periods of time.
