Specific Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Maintain thorough knowledge of the menu, including items, prices, and recommendations.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing complaints, providing guidance, and sharing relevant information.
  • Handle cash, credit, and check transactions with accuracy.
  • Perform cash management duties using the POS system, including recording receipts and balancing registers.
  • Open and close cash registers, organize and count money, and adhere strictly to company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain a clean and organized cashier station.
  • Assist in stocking and organizing shelves as needed.

Physical Demands:

  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Extensive periods of standing without breaks.
  • Constant walking, standing, and use of hands while performing duties.
  • Ability to work irregular hours under high pressure and stress during busy periods.
