Responsibilities

  • Clean and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipment using industrial dishwashing machines or by hand.
  • Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing area, including sinks, floors, walls, and garbage bins.
  • Sort and stack clean items in designated storage areas to ensure easy access for kitchen and service staff.
  • Dispose of trash and recyclables properly, following food safety and sanitation guidelines.
  • Restock cleaning supplies and chemicals as needed, and notify Management when inventory is low.
  • Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to the kitchen manager or supervisor immediately.
  • Support overall kitchen operations by helping maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace
