Responsibilities 

  • Oversee daily operations during shifts, delegate tasks efficiently, and ensure the team stays on track to deliver excellent service
  • Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests to ensure satisfaction and maintain a positive reputation
  • Ensure all employees follow health and safety protocols, maintain cleanliness, and organization
  • help assist with daily sales report, payroll, and labor cost management
  • monitor employee performance, provide feedback, and enforce policies and procedures and address and resolve staff issues professionally and effectively to maintain a positive work environment.
  • Help execute in-house marketing for social media platforms with videos, pictures, and flyers for customer engagement strategies to boost sales and social media accounts
    What We Are Looking For
  • Prior restaurant management experience required
  • Strong problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • experience with inventory, cash handling, bartending is a plus
  • Have an open Availability to work mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
