**Position Overview:**We are on the lookout for enthusiastic and experienced Servers to join our dynamic team at the Plaza location. As a Server at Moo & Brew, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our guests have an exceptional dining experience. From warmly welcoming guests to guiding them through our menu offerings and promptly delivering orders, you'll be instrumental in creating memorable moments for every customer who steps through our doors.

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests with a friendly and welcoming demeanor
• Provide detailed information about menu items, specials, and beverage selections
• Take accurate food and beverage orders efficiently
• Relay orders to the kitchen and bar staff promptly
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders to guests' tables
• Anticipate guests' needs and accommodate special requests whenever possible
• Address guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally and promptly
• Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure seamless service
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area
• Assist with opening and closing duties as required

Qualifications:

• Previous serving experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Possession of a food handler's certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
• Profeciency with Toast or other POS's preferred.
