Responsibilities

  • Greet guest in a friendly and timely manner
  • Know the menu and computer operating system
  • Be able to take all orders correctly, provide food suggestions and deliver quality products
  • Builds rapport and ensures an enjoyable, quality dining experience
  • Guide guest through menu, demonstrating thorough knowledge of food and beverages
  • Attentive and friendly service showing excitement and enthusiasm
  • Other responsibilities that may be assigned

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of serving experience recommended
  • Must be 21 or older to apply
  • Excellent people and communication skills
  • Ability to stand, reach, bend, kneel, stoop, climb and move about the facility while standing approximately 90% of the workday
  • Ability to wear a PPE mask for the entirety of the workday
  • Passion for making sure guest enjoy their experience
  • Ability to work in a fast pace environment on your feet and climb stairs carrying trays of food generally weighing up to 50lbs.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shift
