Job Overview

Provide exceptional, friendly service to guests
Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
Adapt to different service environments, from daily restaurant service to tournaments, weddings, and special events
Maintain clean, organized, and well stocked work and service areas
Communicate and collaborate with the kitchen and fellow servers to ensure smooth service
Operate Lightspeed POS for order taking and processing of cash, debit, credit, gift card, and member transactions

Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Strong attention to detail and accuracy when taking orders and processing payments
Friendly, professional, and positive attitude
Ability to multitask and prioritize during busy service periods
Reliable, punctual, and dependable
Previous food and beverage serving experience is an asset
Smart Serve certification required or willingness to obtain it
Comfortable working a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, tournaments, weddings, and special events
