🍕 Now Hiring – Pizza Cook / Cashier & Expo

Suzie's Pizza is looking for an energetic, dependable team member to join our family-owned restaurant!

Position
**
Pizza Cook / Cashier & Expo**

  • Approximately 30 hours per week
  • Typically scheduled Tuesday–Sunday
  • Shifts vary between 10:00 AM and 9:30 PM
  • Evenings and weekends are required
  • One weekend day off most weeks
  • Most major holidays are off
  • No late-night shifts—our latest scheduled time is 9:30 PM

Compensation

We offer competitive pay based on experience, plus shared tips, paid training, and performance-based raises as you grow with our team.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and make pizzas
  • Place food in the oven and remove it when finished
  • Box or plate orders and ensure they're given to the correct customer
  • Operate the cash register
  • Answer phones and take customer orders
  • Maintain the cleanliness of the front kitchen and dining area
  • Wash dishes as needed
  • Stock inventory and supplies
  • Open or close the restaurant

Qualifications

We're looking for someone who:

  • Has previous food service experience
  • Is at least 18 years old
  • Has open availability
  • Has reliable transportation
  • Can lift up to 50 pounds
  • Provides excellent customer service
  • Learns quickly
  • Stays calm under pressure
  • Can multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Knows basic math and basic cleaning tasks, including sweeping and mopping

Food Handler Certification is a plus but not required.
