We're looking for a sharp, detail-oriented Expediter / Food Runner who can keep the rhythm flowing between kitchen and dining room—because around here, every dish tells a story.

Responsibilities 

  • Quality Check: Be the eyes and taste of the kitchen—verify every plate for presentation, portion, temperature, and garnish before it hits the table.
  • Accuracy: Double-check ticket details to make sure every guest gets exactly what they ordered—no mistakes, no missing sides, no surprises.
  • Last Line of Defense: Catch issues before they reach the guest. If something’s wrong, you’re the one who fixes it—or makes sure it gets fixed fast.
