Job Overview


  • Taking walk-in orders, educate guests on menu items
  • Accepting app orders from ubereats, door dash and our website and managing prep time quotes for orders
  • Maintaining communication with kitchen (allergies, mods, discrepancies, food quality issues etc)
  • Running food and drinks orders to customers and delivery drivers
  • Maintain cleanliness standards
  • Communicating with supervisors and managers on low/86’d items
  • Maintain a positive and friendly demeanour throughout shift
  • Maintaining proper stock and food safety - FIFO standards


  • 18 years of age with smart serve

  • Ability to multi-task with high proficiency in attention to detail

  • Must be flexible in team environment

  • Experience in service and hospitality an asset

  • Desire to grow and develop skills
