Jag's Steak and Seafood is seeking professional applicants for cooks and chefs with a passion for food and cooking techniques to join our awesome culinary team! Previous experience and restaurant tenure is a plus.
Responsibilities:
Conduct day to day culinary operations

  • Maintain positive attitude while demonstrating teamwork, time management, and multitasking abilities
  • Check freshness and quality of ingredients
  • Assist in the development of menu items
  • Standardize recipes and plate presentations
  • Work with management to create a memorable experience for guests

Qualifications Required:

  • Team Player
  • Basic knowledge of professional cooking and experience in knife handling
  • Knowledge of safety, sanitation, and food handling policies and procedures
  • Ability to stand, bend, and exert well-paced mobility for periods up to 8 hours, and lift and carry up to 50 lbs
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Evening and Weekend Availability
  • Must be at least 17 years of age

Experience in high-volume restaurants and culinary training a plus
