Our Cha-Ristas, or Baristas, provide amazing levels of service to our customers in line with the Chatime Brand standards.
It can be as simple as saying hello, taking orders, offering customers help, making drinks, or ensuring the customers experience with our brand is best in class!
Experience and Requirements:

  • Must be 16 years of age or older.
  • Availability on weekends required.
  • Food industry experience a plus.
  • Willing to learn and grow in fun, fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities & accountabilities:

  • Make drinks to Chatime specifications.
  • Deliver a fun and friendly service to all customers.
  • Proper cash handling and managing payments / transactions.
  • Restaurant cleanliness
  • Food preparation and safety
  • Suggestive selling and promotional articulation
  • Training other Cha-Ristas in the ways of Chatime
